Who We Are

The Nebraska Health Network (NHN) is what is known as an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), which is a group of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers who work together to provide you with better, more coordinated care.  If you have Original Medicare and your doctor, hospital or health care provider decides to coordinate with other health care providers through an ACO, you’ll benefit because they’ll work together to get you the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

We are locally based in Omaha, so we are familiar with the health care concerns affecting Nebraskans, from individuals to employers based in the state. Our organization is led by local physicians, meaning the doctors taking care of you and your family are the same physicians determining how to evolve and transform health care.

We are providing physicians with the necessary tools and resources so they can better coordinate your care, and can offer high-quality care and keep efficiency in mind.
